At Cantabil, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion items, you can return or exchange them within 15 days of delivery provided they are unworn and have original tags attached.

Log into your Cantabil account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack the Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and the invoice included to ensure a smooth processing experience.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is submitted, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the return package.
Quality Check and Refund
After the items reach our warehouse and pass a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
